Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cenvo platform provided by EmberPath Inc. ("Cenvo," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• You are responsible for the agents you configure and the actions they take on your behalf.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based charges accrue as your agents perform actions. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Cenvo and its underlying technology remain our property. You retain ownership of the content and data you bring to the platform, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that agent outputs will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing actions that matter to your business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cenvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
